We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policies: • Non-Refundable Deposits: All color services require a $50 deposit, which is non-refundable. Deposits secure your appointment and can only be applied to a rescheduled service once. After one reschedule, the deposit is forfeited. • Cancellations & Reschedules: Multiple cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a temporary or permanent block from booking. Repeated late arrivals may lead to declined future appointments. • Outstanding Fees: Any unpaid cancellation fees must be settled before booking new appointments.
